cadPROS' current bandwidth with 5 Sr. Allegro Designers is approximately 12-15 designs (of varying complexity) per month. While other design service bureaus may have more capacity due to their total number of designers, this doesn't necessarily mean all of those designers are Senior Level.

We assign jobs to designers to match customer schedules and requirements. The designer is solely responsible for all aspects of the layout including shapes, mechanical detail, placement, all routing and documentation. On occasion our customers' schedules require additional resources to complete the job which we review on a case by case basis and may or may not be possible depending on the project complexity, design stage and current workload.

With over 40 years of combined experience in the PCB design service bureau industry we have an excellent back-ground working with a variety of customers / products on fast paced design cycles. All layout quotes can generally be quoted in a day or less. We have completed ECO's in a couple of days and complete layouts as fast as 1 week. We understand the pressure of getting products to market quickly and the costs associated w/ missed deadlines. We work closely with the project engineer and manufacturing people to meet quoted delivery schedules and offer suggestions on how to streamline the layout process.
